Kerridge, Lampman Make NFL Practice Squads

Traverse City native Joe Kerridge and former Ferris State wide receiver Jake Lampman will join the practice squads of the Washington Redskins and New Orleans Saints, respectively, according to multiple reports.

Kerridge, a former player for Traverse City St. Francis and the Michigan Wolverines, signed with Washington after going undrafted in the 2016 draft. He played fullback for Michigan and had one touchdown in his collegiate career.

Lampman finished the preseason with one catch for 19 yards for the Saints. He joined the team after a tryout during rookie minicamp in May. He led Ferris State with 731 receiving yards in 2015.
