Bay Reps Iced by Plymouth Salem

TRAVERSE CITY – The Bay Area Reps dropped their opening game of the annual Scott Miller Memorial Tournament on Wednesday, falling 5-1 to defending tournament champion Plymouth Salem.

The Bay Reps trailed 2-0 after the opening period and 5-1 after two.

Vinny Dean scored the lone goal for the Bay Reps (3-7), with Thomas Hardy getting credit for the assist.

Kamerin Lannen made 36 saves in net for the Bay Reps.

The Bay Reps will face Traverse City West in a consolation game Thursday at 4 p.m. West fell to Saginaw Heritage, 5-2, earlier Wednesday.
