Keene Named MAC Player of the Week
MT. PLEASANT – For the third time in four weeks, the Mid-American Conference named Central Michigan guard Marcus Keene the MAC West Player of the Week.
The junior owns a nation-leading scoring average of 31.9 points per game, and he contributed to that average with a career-high 44 points against Montana State. He has played in all 12 games this season, shooting 42.3-percent from beyond the arc. He also leads the team with 5.2 assists per game.
Central Michigan next plays Chicago State at home on Dec. 30 at 5:30 p.m.
