TC Central Upsets Marquette

MARQUETTE – The Traverse City Central boys basketball team earned a 72-60 win over Marquette in a Class A district semifinal on Wednesday.

The Trojans (7-14) trailed 19-18 following the first quarter but gained a 35-30 lead at the half.

Central will host rival Traverse City West Friday in a district final.
