Chippewa Hills Tops Big Rapids Crossroads

BIG RAPIDS – The Chippewa Hills girls soccer team improved to 2-0 on the year with a 3-1 non-league win over Big Rapids Crossroads on Monday.

The two teams were tied at 1-1 after the first half, with Haylee Worrall scoring the lone goal for Crossroads (1-3).

Emily Gandy, Jessalyn Justice and Paige Caryl all scored for the Warriors.

Crossroads travels to league foe Roscommon on Tuesday, while Chippewa Hills host Lakeview on Thursday.
