Bay Reps Host First Alumni Game

TRAVERSE CITY — The Bay Reps held its first alumni game at Centre Ice Arena, with 24 former players participating in the event and raising funds for the program. The teams represented on the ice Tuesday night dated back to the original team in 2000. The Blue Team defeated the White Team, 12-8.

Former players to participate in the event on the Blue Team: John Posler, Josh Hill, Zach Hill, Adam Armour, Anthony Armour, Eric Videan, Brian Banducci, Mike Banducci, Andrew Donaldson, Bruce Donaldson, Chase Joppich, Garrett Diola.

“It’s a good experience. I’ve got probably 3 or 4 of my closest friends are guys that I played with on the team,” Videan said. “And when you get to see them at an event like this, it’s fun to get back together, and just have a good time.”

Former players to participate in the event on the White Team: Cam McCumby, Nick Brewer, Scott Fisher, Chris Craig, Mike Druskovich, Andrew Dzierwa, Jackson Drake, Theo Noffsinger, RJ Deneweth, Scott Crawford, Zack Bargy, Travis Kirk.

“I was pumped, to be honest. I couldn’t wait,” Bargy said. “I’ve been waiting for like two months now. So, I couldn’t have been more excited. The glory days, they came and went, but I loved them while they were here.”

The Bay Reps will play in the Scott Miller Memorial, which starts this Thursday at Centre Ice Arena.
