Rudyard’s Dugan Signs with Grace Bible

RUDYARD – Rudyard senior Sierra Dugan signed her National Letter of Intent with Grace Bible College and its volleyball program on Monday.

An outside hitter, Dugan is a three-time Academic All-State honoree and a two-time All-State Honorable Mention recipient. A former Straits Area Conference Player of the Year, Dugan has garnered numerous All-Conference and All-Region honors and led the Bulldogs to Eastern Upper Peninsula Conference, district and regional championships in 2017. Rudyard completed the year at 36-7-3 and finished seventh in the final Michigan Interscholastic Volleyball Coaches Association Class D poll.

“I got in the car, and I was like, this is where I need to go. I was definitely set,” said Dugan of Grace Bible. “I’m kind of indecisive person so for me to completely come out and say that first thing first, that was like a definite thing for me.”

Dugan joins a Grace Bible program that went 16-11 in 2017 and fell to Kentucky Christian in a National Christian College Athletic Association regional final.
