Coleman’s Berthume Makes School History

COLEMAN – Coleman senior Jaden Berthume made history on Tuesday by becoming the first player, male or female, in school history to reach 1,000 career points.

Berthume entered Tuesday’s contest 15 points shy of 1,000 and finished with 25 in a 49-40 league win over Breckenridge.

A three-sport athlete, Berthume led the Comets to the 2018 MHSAA Division 4 softball state championship game and will take her talents to Northwood’s softball program.
