Grand Valley Gets Package Deal With O’Malley Twins

McBAIN – It was double the excitement at McBain High School on Wednesday when twin brother and sister, Keegan and Klaudia O’Malley, signed their letters of intent together. Both will be attending GVSU and participating on the cross country and track teams.

“We both just got lucky that we both liked the school and that it worked that way that we’re both going to go run for them, so it’ll be interesting,” said Keegan O’Malley.

The pair has helped lead their respective teams to multiple conference championships, and also recorded top times in their races.

When the time came to look into where to go to school, Grand Valley State said they wanted them both to be Lakers.

“We were kind of a duo-package, they wanted us both to come so I think they’re really excited to have both of us there and on the same team,” said Klaudia O’Malley.

Klaudia plans to major in physical therapy, while Keegan wants to study supply chain management.
