Cheboygan’s Nightingale Excited for Future with Red Wings

Cheboygan native Adam Nightingale is entering his third year with the Detroit Red Wings and begins the 2019-20 season having recently received a promotion within the organization.

Nightingale, who spent his previous two seasons with the Red Wings as an assistant coach and video coordinator, will now coach on the bench and work with the centers throughout the season.

The 39 year old began his coaching career with Michigan State in 2010 as the team’s director of operations before moving on in 2014 to work with the Shattuck St. Mary’s program and then the Buffalo Sabres.
