Disappointing Loss For Chippewas On The Road

BUFFALO – After last week’s win on the road against Bowling Green, the Chippewas seemed to be truly finding their stride, getting an away game win under their belt.

But Buffalo came in and tripped them up.

Central Michigan had five turnovers in their 43-20 loss to the Bulls. They fumbled the ball away on back-to-back possessions in the first half. Both gave the Bulls great field position and each resulted in scores, giving them a big lead heading into the second half.

The Chippewas fall to 5-4 overall and 3-2 in the MAC. They host NIU on Nov. 2 at noon.
