Traverse City’s Hebert Wins 31st Senior PGA Professional Championship

TEXAS – Traverse City’s own Scott Hebert can add another accomplishment to his last after Sunday.

He charged from behind to win the 31st Senior PGA Professional Championship presented by Cadillac at the Omni Barton Creek Resort and Spa’s Fazio Foothills Course.

He ended the four day tournament 16-under, with a score of 270 (70-70-63-67).

He matched a Championship record for lowest 72-hole total, and he becomes only the third player with wins in both the PGA Professional and the Senior PGA Professional Championships.

He also earned an exemption into the final stage of the 2019 PGA Tour Champions National Finals, along with the Leo Fraser Trophy.
