Big Second Half Lifts Ferris State Men Past Hillsdale for 7th Win
BIG RAPIDS – Ferris State scored 51 points over the final 20 minutes of play en route to an 82-67 victory over visiting Northwood on Wednesday, improving to 7-0 in the process.
Trailing 33-31 at the half, the 19th-ranked Bulldogs received a game-high 15 points from Elk Rapids native Cole Walker and Dorian Aluyi. Five Bulldogs reached double figures, including Mason Pline and Greg Williams, who scored 13 and 12 points, respectively, off the bench.
Ferris State shot 54.1% from the floor (33-of-61) and tallied 18 points off 11 turnovers.
Connor Hall and Dylan Lowry scored 14 points apiece to lead Hillsdale (2-3).
