FRANKFORT – Glen Lake erased a five-point halftime deficit en route to a 63-50 win over Division 4 No. 2 Frankfort on Tuesday, taking over sole possession of first place in the Northwest Conference.
An honorable mention team in Division 3, the Lakers (6-1, 4-0) trailed 30-25 at the half but took a 47-42 lead to the fourth quarter.
Frankfort (5-1, 4-1) travels to Kingsley on Thursday while Glen Lake takes on Saginaw Heritage at Saginaw Valley State Monday afternoon.
