PETOSKEY – Cole Jenema scored a game-high 20 points as Cadillac held off Petoskey for a 65-59 win on Thursday in a meeting of first-place teams in the Big North Conference.
The Vikings (14-2, 7-2) took an 18-17 lead to the second quarter before extending their lead to 39-26 by the half.
The Northmen (10-5, 6-3) clawed back in the third quarter to cut the deficit to 45-36 entering the final quarter.
Nate Eberly-Rodriguez paced Petoskey with 18 points.
Petoskey returns to the road Tuesday at Sault Ste. Marie while Cadillac welcomes in Mt. Pleasant.
