Detroit Pistons forward Christian Wood has tested positive for the coronavirus according to ESPN.
He is the third player in the NBA that has been confirmed to have tested positive for the virus, along with Utah Jazz players Rudy Gobert and Donovan Mitchell.
Wood scored 30 points last Saturday against the Jazz, and in that game he and Gobert did make some physical contact that resulted in double technical fouls.
