MIS to Host 4 NASCAR Races in August

Michigan International Speedway in Brooklyn will host four races between the NASCAR Cup Series, NASCAR Truck Series and ARCA Series in August.

The race weekend is set for Friday, Aug. 7 through Sunday, Aug. 9, and will kick off with the NASCAR Gander RV and Outdoor Truck Series on Aug. 7 at 6 p.m.

The NASCAR Cup Series will host a weekend doubleheader, beginning with a race at 4 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 8. The second Cup Series races is set for 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, Sunday, Aug. 9. The ARCA Series will also host a race at 1 p.m. on Aug. 9.

NASCAR announces additional races through August on Wednesday.
