Rogers Takes Over AD Role at Morley Stanwood

After more than 15 years as athletic director at Morley Stanwood High School, Clark Huntey is stepping down.

Morley New Ad SotHuntey, who previously served as the school’s varsity football head coach for 14 years before stepping aside earlier this year, is handing the reins over to Dale Rogers.

Rogers has taught in the Morley Stanwood schools system for 26 years.  On top of his new role as athletic director, Rogers recently took over as the middle school principal.

He’s looking forward to continuing the success of Morley Stanwood athletics.

“Clark (Huntey) has put together a fantastic coaching crew,” Rogers said. “We have the best coaches in the area. We’re going to continue that.”

“Dale’s been here for a lot of years,” added Huntey. “He’s been a game’s manager for all our sports here at Morley Stanwood. He knows a lot about what goes on here. I don’t think he’ll have any problem taking over.”
