KINGSLEY – Saturday afternoon the Stags of Kingsley hosted Gladwin in the division five district semi-final.
After one quarter of play, the Stags lead 22-0.
The Flying G’s got on the board in the second quarter, but Kingsley still lead 42-16 at halftime.
The Stags kept Gladwin scoreless in the second half with a final score of 63-16.
Kingsley will play Reed City next week in the district final after the Coyotes defeated Kingsford 32-14.
This will be the Stags’ third straight district final appearance. Kingsley and Reed City last faced in the first round of the playoffs in 2019, where Kingsley won 48-36.
