KINGSLEY – Kingsley senior softball player Lexie Coxon recently signed her National Letter of Intent with Mid Michigan College and its softball program.
A four-year letter winner for the Stags, Coxon earned first team All-Northwest Conference honors in 2019 after batting .358 and tallying 19 RBI, 21 runs scored and 26 stolen bases.
Coxon is also a sprinter on Kingsley’s track and field team.
“Lexie is a special player with exceptional athletic ability and determination and should compete for a starting job as a freshman at MMC,” Kingsley coach Jamie Hawkins said.
Coxon plans to study business at Mid Michigan.
