Maybe it will be good to get rid of 2020 and move onto home games in 2021, but I was proud of how we finished our homestretch here.”
CMU held a 37-25 lead at the half and outscored Miami 21-12 in the second quarter.
The Chippewas (3-1, 2-0 MAC) held a and shot 45.8% (27-of-59) from the floor en route to their third straight win.
Peyton Scott led the RedHawks (1-3, 0-1 MAC) with 18 points and six boards.
CMU is back on the court Friday at Michigan State. Tipoff is set for 5 p.m.
