LSSU Men Drop 3rd Straight Game, 2nd Straight to Michigan Tech

The Lake Superior State men’s basketball dropped its third straight game, their second straight loss to the Michigan Tech Huskies by a final score of 83-70 in a GLIAC matchup on Saturday afternoon.

Five Lakers recorded double-digit point totals in the game with David Wren and Justin Fischer leading the way with 13 points each.

Kemon Bassett (12 pts.), Nigel Colvin (12 pts.), and Malek Adams (11 pts.) rounded out the top five point scorers for the Lakers in the game.

The Lakers (2-4,2-4) head Big Rapids, Mich. for a single game against the Ferris State Bulldogs on Tuesday, Jan. 26 at 5:00 p.m.
