Sault Ste. Marie Comes Back to Beat Escanaba

SAULT STE. MARIE — The Sault Ste. Marie girls basketball team came back from a 5-point halftime deficit to defeat Escanaba, 60-51, and stay undefeated.

The Blue Devils entered halftime trailing, 32-27, but they outscored the Eskymos, 21-9, in the third quarter to boost them to the victory.

Sault Ste. Marie has another big matchup on Monday on the road against St. Ignace. The last time they played, the Blue Devils won, 57-52.
