Big Fourth Quarter Lifts TC Central Past Petoskey

TRAVERSE CITY – Traverse City Central outscored Petoskey 15-4 en route to a 55-46 Big North Conference win Thursday.

The Northmen (7-2, 6-2) led 42-40 through three quarters Thursday.

The two teams were tied at 11-11 after the opening quarter, with the Trojans (7-2, 7-0) pulling ahead for a 27-25 lead at the half.

With the win Thursday, Central swept its regular season series with Petoskey.

Petoskey welcomes in Charlevoix Saturday afternoon while Central hosts Midland Dow.
