Rudyard Cruises to District Title Over Pickford in Baseball

RUDYARD — Rudyard started its day with a 13-3 victory over Brimley in the district semifinals and kept the momentum going in the district final against Pickford with the 13-0 win.

Brett Mayer allowed just two hits on the mound for the Bulldogs in the district championship game.

Rudyard will next face Pellston in the Division 4 regional semifinal on Wednesday in Indian River at 5 p.m.
