Bradford Notches 1,000th Point in Glen Lake’s Win over St. Francis
MAPLE CITY — Grace Bradford led Glen Lake to a 59-40 win over Traverse City St. Francis in the Lakers’ season opener, scoring 27 points and notching her 1,000th career point as well.
Glen Lake jumped out to an 18-10 lead after one quarter, with Bradford scoring six points in the opening quarter. She needed 16 points to reach 1,000 in her career, which she got in the third quarter.

The Lakers have now won 19 straight regular season games.
Glen Lake will face Redford Westfield Prep on Saturday in the Arbor Prep Ice Breaker. St. Francis will look to bounce back on the road against Benzie Central on Friday.
