No. 1 Minnesota State Beats LSSU 3-0

SAULT STE. MARIE – After pulling off the 1-0 upset over No. 1 Minnesota State on Friday night, the Lakers couldn’t make it two in a row on Saturday, falling 3-0.

Ryan Sandelin, Tanner Edwards and Reggie Lutz were the goal scorers for the Mavericks.

Lake Superior State managed just five shots on goal during the game. Lakers goaltender Ethan Langenegger made 22 saves in the loss.

With the loss, Lake Superior State falls below .500 on the season at 8-9-1.
