No. 1 TC St. Francis Beats McBain by 42, Wins Eighth Straight District Title
TRAVERSE CITY – First-ranked Traverse City St. Francis cruised to a 55-13 win over McBain in the Division 7 district final for the Gladiators’ eighth straight district title on Saturday.
The Gladiators led 55-0 at halftime and only allowed two scores from the Ramblers in the second half.

St. Francis keeps its undefeated streak going, improving to 11-0 on the year.
McBain ends its season 7-4, falling in the district finals for the fourth consecutive year.
The Gladiators will face No. 8 Ishpeming Westwood (10-1) in the Division 7 regional finals next week. Westwood took down Charlevoix 30-28 for the district crown on Saturday.
