Big Rapids Stuns Petoskey in Hockey, Snapping the Northmen’s Nine-Game Win Streak

BIG RAPIDS – Big Rapids picked up a big 3-0 shutout-win against Petoskey in hockey on Saturday which snapped the Northmen’s nine-game winning streak.

The Cardinals break their own losing streak of two games with the win to improve to 4-8-1 on the season.

Big Rapids plays at Davison for another non-conference contest on Thursday at 5:45 p.m.

Petoskey (11-3) will look to get back into the win column against Holland West Ottawa (2-9) on Friday, Jan. 14 at 6 p.m.
