PICKFORD – After a back-and-forth battle in the first half, Pickford pulled away in the fourth quarter to defeat Lake Leelanau St. Mary 71-60 for the Panthers’ fourth straight home win on Saturday.
Pickford improves to 12-2 with the non-conference victory. The Panthers will look to keep up their solid play at Newberry on Tuesday at 5:45 p.m.
Lake Leelanau St. Mary falls to 11-4 overall and will continue its road stretch against Mesick on Monday at 7:30 p.m.
