Central Michigan Scores 14 Runs in One Inning, Sweeps Doubleheader vs WMU

MT. PLEASANT – Central Michigan scored 14 runs in the first inning of game one and never really slowed down in Saturday’s doubleheader sweep over Western Michigan.

The Chippewas won the first game 19-7 and took the second game 14-1.

With the wins, Central Michigan improves to 31-14 on the season. The Chippewas have won the first three games of the weekend set against Western Michigan. They’ll look to complete the sweep Sunday afternoon at 1 p.m.
