TRAVERSE CITY – Gaylord beat Traverse City Central 10-0 and 4-1 in a softball doubleheader Tuesday night. The Blue Devils clinched the Big North title with the two wins.
Gaylord’s Taylor Moeggenberg hit a home run in the seventh inning to punctuate the first victory for the Blue Devils.
Gaylord is scheduled to play against Richmond on Saturday at noon for its next game.
Traverse City Central will host Bay City Western for a doubleheader on Thursday.
