TRAVERSE CITY WEST – Traverse City West held a signing day this week for 15 student-athletes, including a pair of track and field teammates, who will now be opponents in the Mid-American Conference.
Isaac Stone will run cross country at Central Michigan University and will be unattached from a team in track. His teammate, Remy Schulz, will continue competing in track and field at Miami University in Ohio.
Both are excited for the future, but want to have one more successful postseason with the Titans this spring.
“I mean, it feels great, but I want to focus on things right now in the present and then I mean, I’m super excited for the future though,” said Schulz.
“As a team, I think we’ve worked together great to accomplish regional title last year and hoping for another win this year,” said Stone.
