Rudyard Takes the Win in Close Sets Against Brimley

BRIMLEY — The Rudyard Bulldogs took the final three sets over the Brimley Bays to win the volleyball match 3-1 on Tuesday.

Brimley came out on top in set one (25-23) but Rudyard took off from there (25-23, 25-15, 25-23).

The Bays made a great comeback attempt in the final set, scoring five points to move from 24-18 to 24-23, but the dig from Rudyard’s Leah Beelen caught Brimley off guard and sealed the deal.
