Bradford Helps Lead LSSU to 85-80 Win in Home Opener

SAULT STE. MARIE – Former Glen Lake standout and current Lake Superior State true freshman Grace Bradford led the Lakers with 21 points in an 85-80 win over Hillsdale on Tuesday night.

It was the home opener for Lake Superior State. The Lakers lost their first four games of the season on the road.

Cece Hacker added 19 points for the Lakers and Traverse City Central alum Margot Woughter had nine points and a team-leading eight assists.

Lake Superior State will be back on the road for its next game. The Lakers play at Tiffin on Saturday at 1 p.m.
